1847 Solera Oloroso Dulce Gonzalez Byass
Cream sherries are made by blending Oloroso sherries with Pedro Ximénez wines. This particular cream sherry is made with wines that have spent eight years in the bodega’s solera system. It is sweet and shows complex aromas and flavours of roasted coffee, chocolate, prunes, dulce de leche, toffee, smoke, and nuts. It makes a pleasurable after-dinner drink, served with cheese, pudding or coffee.
