Adrien Camut 12ans Calvados
Of the 800 or so types of apples in Normandy the Camut family grow 25 too produce their fine ciders and eaux-de-vie. The ciders form which the Calvados is distilled is aged in oak barrels for ten months. This twelve year old Calvados has been aged in a mix of old oak barrels and tuns. It shows aromas and falvours of baked apples, honey, cream, spice, and smoke. It is well bablanced with a long finish and a medium body.
