Briottet Creme de Cassis de Dijon
Briottet are immensely proud of the creme de cassis. It is made with Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrants macerated in diluted spirit for 10 weeks for perfect extraction of the fruit characteristics. It is sweetened to make it recognisable as a liqueur and in a way that enhances rather than masks or bruises the fruit flavours. A cassis of reference.
